Taj has recently made the switch back to riding conventional surfboards after riding firewires for many years now. If the Quiky pro was anything to go off, I dare say he may not be getting back on a firewire for awhile now. He's surfing was looking as crisp and confident then ever and if he keeps surfing the way he did at the goldy, I think he can take out the world title. The video below is of Taj testing out a few Mayhems over in California and they are looking like a magic carpet under his feet.
